| Meet Joe Hammer
Joe Hammer has been an active entrepreneur since the age of eight, assisting his “Uncle Joe” in selling Easter flowers road-side. Young Joe soon had a nice bank roll, delivering newspapers and occasionally selling Christmas cards as well as a few other products to his “established client base.”
After being told by his junior high principal that he “wouldn’t amount to anything, because he was spending too much time drawing pictures,” Joe had a burning desire to prove him wrong. That summer, Joe took advantage of his graphic design skills and opened an automotive customizing business. Not long after that, he had an employees working for him while he was attending High School classes!
Upon graduation, there was no time for college as he was immersed in the busy world of a successful entrepreneur. The customizing shop had grown into a full-scale collision repair and refinishing business.
As a young entrepreneur in his marketplace, Joe was soon elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and started a number of other successful enterprises.
Joe discovered his level of success could be dramatically increased through better marketing ... instead of working longer hours.
Having a voracious appetite for reading and discovering principles of success, Joe soon found the most successful companies had been using a a handful of clandestine, yet highly effective “under the radar” psychological positioning techniques to quietly attach their company’s message to consumer’s minds.
The interesting part of it all was that these strategies weren’t talked about in most all of the marketing and advertising text books Joe had read. (Joe’s personal library contains more business and personal development books than most public libraries!)
Joe then went to on to immerse himself in the study of psychology and mind dynamics used by these companies to better position their products and services into consumer’s minds. He studied the cutting edge professionals of their time, Napoleon Hill, Ernest Holmes, Milton Erickson, Dave Elman, Roger Callahan, Maxwell Maltz, Fritz Perls, John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Edward Thorndike.
Joe was intrigued by the unlimited power and potential of the human mind and how it unfairly regulates our outlook, level of success we achieve, success patterns and limitations in our lives.
After plugging in and testing his newly-discovered “subconscious marketing strategies” into his own businesses, he was able to measure and quantify their effectiveness.
Having achieved all of his goals, Joe then decided to share his Subconscious Motivation Principles to his fellow entrepreneurs, thus launching into his speaking and training career.
Having relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, Joe remains an active speaker, trainer, author, consultant, coach and entertainer. Joe Hammer has helped thousands of people reach all new levels of success in their business, career, and life.
